lots of scammers i got rob 5000us thru alibaba which is the wholesaler to them so be vry careful ppl here will take ur money and not send your goods

Communication to the seller is too bad. I miss the items and yet now they are not solving the problem. I buy two items from the seller he send me one items and didnt send the other. Its shows that the items is delivered. Dont buy anything from this apps because there communication system is no good for us to contract with seller.

This company is crap! The customer service is non existent! They are not in control of the sellers, so if the person you are buying from decides to not send you the product or it fails to arrive on time there is nothing aliexpress can do about it, regardless of the customer protection policy they claim to have.

Shopping on here is very easy my order was ship off on time I received my order in 3 day excellent communication from the seller will recommend this to my co/workers will definitely buy again and again thank you

Hello everyone I just want to tell you to NOT give this site Aliexpress your personal identification, like your security card front and back of a credit card, your drivers license number and photo. This site is very questionable because of its system of appealing orders. Lets say you use a credit card with a different billing address then your shipping address, Ali express will flag your order and make you appeal the order in order to receive the product. They then ask you for a picture of your drivers license with the number and a picture of the front and back of the credit card. I think this is ludicrous because this is pure fraud. How do I know if theyre not stealing my personal identification in order to hack my identity? I would not recommend this site if you dont want to give up your personal identification for an appeal. Instead of appealing I simply just made a new account and place the same order and got my item shipped.
